Welcome to Andros Outdoor Adventures. Please read these terms carefully before booking your trip. By placing a deposit, you agree to be bound by the following policies.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, we require a structured payment schedule:
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your dates.
- Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due [60 Days] prior to your arrival date.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your booking.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 60+ Days Prior: If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, your deposit may be transferred to a future date (valid for 1 year).
- 30-60 Days Prior: Cancellations made within this window forfeit the 50% deposit.
- Less than 30 Days: Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable and charged at 100% of the trip cost.
- Trip Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations (flight delays, medical emergencies, etc.).
3. Weather & Captain's Discretion
Guest safety is our #1 priority. Andros Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify a trip due to unsafe weather conditions.
- Captain's Call: The guide/captain has the final authority on whether a trip proceeds.
- Rescheduling: If we cancel due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your trip during your stay. If rescheduling is not possible, a trip credit will be issued for a future visit.
4. Liability & Risk
By booking a trip, you acknowledge that outdoor activities (fishing, boating, wading) involve inherent risks.
Waiver: You agree to release Andros Outdoor Adventures, its guides, and employees from liability for any personal injury, loss of property, or illness incurred during your trip.
5. Guest Code of Conduct
- Conservation: We strictly adhere to local fishing regulations. The Captain's instructions regarding catch-and-release must be followed.
- Behavior: We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if a guest behaves in a reckless, intoxicated, or disrespectful manner.
