💳 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposit: 50% required at booking.
Balance Due: 60 days prior to departure.
Advance Booking: Highly recommended due to limited seasonal windows.
Cancellation Terms:
60+ Days Notice: No charge. Funds applied to a future trip (valid 12 mos).
30-59 Days Notice: No charge. Funds applied to a future trip (valid 12 mos).
Less than 30 Days: $500 fee. Remaining funds applied to a future trip (valid 12 mos).
Weather: Cancellations at guide’s discretion. Rescheduled when possible.

Guarantees: Weather, specific fishing conditions, and mechanical failures cannot be guaranteed. No refunds/price adjustments for weather.
