Everything you need to know to secure your adventure with Andros Outdoor Adventures.
Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your reservation.
Whether you are booking a single day or a multi-day expedition, the deposit is calculated as half of the grand total.

Required Deposit (50%):
$4,750.00
*Total cost ÷ 2 = Your Deposit Amount
Payment Terms
- Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your trip departure date.
- Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Wire Transfers.
- Late Bookings: Trips booked less than 60 days in advance require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair while protecting our guide's schedule.
- 60+ Days Notice No Charge. Funds applied to a future trip within 12 months.
- 30-59 Days Notice No Charge. Funds applied to a future trip within 12 months.
- Less than 30 Days $500 Cancellation Fee. Remaining funds applied to future trip within 12 months.
- Weather Issues Cancellations due to weather are at the sole discretion of the Captain. Trips will be rescheduled when possible.
